Can I reschedule my delivery?

Yes, you can reschedule before cut-off on Tuesday via your profile (https://www.eatping.com/account/orders). After cut-off until Friday, you can reschedule directly with us by reaching out on WhatsApp or via email. After Friday rescheduling is not possible unfortunately.

Our partner DPD may offer you an option to reschedule directly with them, if you do, we cannot gurantee your meals will stay fresh. If you reschedule this way, we're unable to offer refunds or replacements.

Can I freeze my meals?

Yes, you can! However, for the best possible experience, we always recommend enjoying your meals fresh.

Please note that some dishes don’t freeze as well as others — in particular, salad-based dishes and wraps should not be frozen.

What if I have allergies or intolerances?

Currently, we’re unable to guarantee the absence of specific allergies, but we’re working towards offering these options in the near future.

Is your meat Halal?

Yes! All of our meat and fish are halal, so if you are our Muslim customer, you can enjoy our meals within your beliefs.

How can I change my delivery address?

You can change your delivery address in your profile (https://www.eatping.com/account/profile) up till the Thursday before we deliver your order. If you need to change it after Thursday, please reach out to us on WhatsApp or email.

We change a few recipes from week to week based on your feedback. If we change the recipe you'll be able to see it on our website and the nutritional label that comes with your meals, so you'll always know what's in your food.

If we make a change that impacts allergens, we'll send out an email so you have time to change your order!

How long does your food last for?

We recommend enjoying your meals within 4 to 7 days of delivery if you're not freezing them. If you do freeze the meals, we suggest eating them within 2 weeks for the best quality.

How should I reheat my meal for the best results?

For the freshest taste, we recommend reheating your meals using a microwave, steamer, or oven—check your heating instructions for the best results.

If your meal is frozen (we don’t recommend freezing, but we understand!), transfer it to the fridge the night before. Then, follow the reheating instructions on the label for optimal flavor and quality.

We recommend having these meals for lunch or dinner, but the choice is entirely yours.

Many of our customers love them as a mid-morning boost after a tough workout or even as a late-night snack while relaxing with some TV or gaming.

While our master menu features over 45+ items, we rotate between 18 meals each week to keep things exciting—though a few all-star favourites, like our air-fried popcorn chicken or lo mein are available every week.

Drinks, breakfast items, snacks, and sauce add-ons will remain consistent for now as we continue to develop new options.

All our meals are delivered on Sunday or Mondays, so you can enjoy them fresh throughout the week, whenever it suits you best!

We prepare the food as close to pickup time as possible to ensure maximum freshness.

How will my meals be delivered to me?

We partner with DPD for deliveries. On the morning of your delivery, you’ll receive a text with the estimated arrival time, tracking details, and options to rearrange delivery if needed—keeping you in the loop at all times.

Please note, as our meals are perishable and freshly prepared, we cannot guarantee freshness if you reschedule your deliveries directly with DPD. If you reschedule this way, we're unable to offer refunds or replacements.

You can however reschedule with us before Friday.

Take note, the meals you can choose change week to week, so some meals won't be available. If you don't see a meal you want, please let us know!

If you’re a new subscriber, click ‘Let’s Begin’ at the top right of any page to start the subscription process and select your meals.

If you’re an existing customer, log in to your account to choose your meals for this week (if it’s before the cutoff), next week, or the week after. Your account page acts as your ‘cockpit’ for managing your nutritional journey.

How do your referrals work?

Food is always better with friends, so why not share Eat Ping with your loved ones?

In your account portal, you can generate a unique referral code for your friends to use. If they sign up with your code, you'll get £10 of credit towards your next order and your friend will enjoy an additional 10% discount—and yes, it stacks with other loyalty offers!

How can I pause and cancel my subscriptions?

It’s all in your account portal! If you’re traveling next week or the week after, you can pause your subscription as often as you’d like.

If for some reason you’re not loving us (though we really hope you do!), you can easily cancel your subscription there too.

Note, these need to be done before the order cut off on Tuesday 11am UK time as charges may not be reversed.

How it works

How do I begin my journey?

Decide between a meals-only plan or meals + beverages. From there, select the number of meals (or meals + beverages) you’d like each week, starting at 6 meals + 3 beverages and going up to 12 meals + 6 beverages.

You can also add breakfast, snacks, or extra beverages to your subscription for ultimate flexibility.
