Yes, you can! However, for the best possible experience, we always recommend enjoying your meals fresh.

Please note that some dishes don’t freeze as well as others — in particular, salad-based dishes and wraps should not be frozen.

Currently, we’re unable to cater to specific allergies or intolerances, but we’re working towards offering these options in the near future.

What are premium meals?

Premium meals feature top-tier ingredients like filet steak, salmon, prawns, or black cod. While these cost slightly more than standard meals, they’re worth the indulgence.

On our meal + beverage plans, you’ll receive a weekly allowance for premium meals based on the number of meals you order, so you can enjoy the upgrade without breaking your budget.

How long does your food last for?

We recommend enjoying your meals within 4 to 7 days of delivery if you're not freezing them. If you do freeze the meals, we suggest eating them within 2 weeks for the best quality.

How should I reheat my meal for the best results?

For the freshest taste, we recommend reheating your meals using a microwave, steamer, or oven—check your heating instructions for the best results.

If your meal is frozen (we don’t recommend freezing, but we understand!), transfer it to the fridge the night before. Then, follow the reheating instructions on the label for optimal flavor and quality.

While our master menu features over 45+ items, we rotate between 20 meals each week to keep things exciting—though a few all-star favorites, like our air-fried popcorn chicken, are here to stay.

When do I need to order by?

Orders need to be placed by Tuesday 11am each week. If you miss the deadline, we'll use your recommended order based what you've picked before. If you haven't chosen all your meals, we’ll use your preferences to choose something you’ll love!

£6.75 for both days! We’re working to get this down lower in the near future as we grow.

Our Sunday deliveries are now cheaper at £6.75 as well!

All our meals are delivered on Sunday or Mondays, so you can enjoy them fresh throughout the week, whenever it suits you best!

We prepare the food as close to pickup time as possible to ensure maximum freshness.

How will my meals be delivered to me?

We partner with DPD for deliveries. On the morning of your delivery, you’ll receive a text with the estimated arrival time, tracking details, and options to rearrange delivery if needed—keeping you in the loop at all times.

Please note, as the items are perishable, we are unable to offer refunds or redeliver if you miss your delivery slot.

If you’re a new subscriber, click ‘Let’s Begin’ at the top right of any page to start the subscription process and select your meals.

If you’re an existing customer, log in to your account to choose your meals for this week (if it’s before the cutoff), next week, or the week after. Your account page acts as your ‘cockpit’ for managing your nutritional journey.

How do your referrals work?

Food is always better with friends, so why not share Eat Ping with your loved ones?

In your account portal, you can generate a unique referral code for your friends to use. If they sign up with your code, both you and your friend will enjoy a 10% discount—and yes, it stacks with other loyalty offers!

We don’t offer samples at the moment because our subscriptions come with no minimum commitment!

How can I pause and cancel my subscriptions?

It’s all in your account portal! If you’re traveling next week or the week after, you can pause your subscription as often as you’d like.

And if, for some reason, you’re not loving us (though we really hope you do!), you can easily cancel your subscription there too.

Note, these need to be done before the order cut offs on Tuesday 1pm UKT, charges gone out may not be reversed.

How do I begin my journey?

Decide between a meals-only plan or meals + beverages. From there, select the number of meals (or meals + beverages) you’d like each week, starting at 6 meals + 3 beverages and going up to 12 meals + 6 beverages.

You can also add breakfast, snacks, or extra beverages to your subscription for ultimate flexibility.
